So many different institutional players on the left have bought so fully into the "transwomen are women" mantra that they simply can't turn the ship around in anything approaching a timely manner. Unfortunately, that means a lot of the negative consequences of that dogma will continue to fall on women and families until the madness is ended.
It is a terrible shame that the doubts are not allowed to see the light of day. From these doubts can grow the path back to learning one's own sexed body is the best and healthiest choice. Those doubts open the eyes to the characters lurking behind the curtains. If it was all so legit, why are the "Dutch studies" used as proof of efficacy, when a sample size of 55 with a death on the record and half lost to follow up, should be the item having "impostor syndrome." All of the studies supporting affirmation so far suffer from impostor syndrome, because they are, in fact not acceptable, foundational proof. As shown in the Michelle Alleva interviews on Jonathan Streeter's channel called Thoughts on Things and Stuff, transgenderism is a cult. It makes doctors and pharma execs wealthy at the expense of vulnerable youth and adults.

Once again, you show that you are one of the great thinkers of our time. Thank you for being brave with your brilliance.
Good points -- some serious pathologies, potential at least, in group-think which tends to be antithetical to free-thought.
Probably part and parcel of Eliza's quote of Orwell about the gramophone mind. Orthodoxies of one form or another.
Somewhat apropos of which, you might have some interest in the Reality and Illusion theme of Albee's classic:

Freddy deBoer also had illuminating post on how that group-think has played-out in the context of journalism:
